I have started the biggest loser at the gym. So far it has gone very well. Kickoff was on the 2nd of June... I'll make out a list so I can keep track of weight :)
June 2nd 142 pounds
June 9th -3 pounds
Our next biggest loser weigh in is on the 16th. I pledge to lose 25 pounds! by the end which is Aug. I have been working really hard on feeling better and now I feel like I can really can do it. Since January I have lost 9 pounds I can already tell the difference.
The kids enjoy going to the gym and playing in the nursery. My husband is being supportive which is wonderful :)
I will keep this up on my progress, that's all for now :)
