2011

Yes! Its 2011 already, I have realized I have not kept this blog up like I should.

Today was the first day in the Gym. I need to lose about 30 pounds.. my motivation is through the roof and I'm totally excited to feel better about myself and be in better health.

The last half of 2010 was exciting Elisabeth turned a year in June and Peter turned 3 in Sept. Peter has been in Preschool which he enjoys so much ;) Elisabeth is growing growing and growing. Its amazing what they learn and how much they learn in days. Im so proud of each of them. Preston and I celebrated our 4th anniversary.

2011 Goals:
1. Eat better/ healthier
2. Work out (both at home and at the gym)
3. Love with all my heart
4. Teach my children values I would like them to have
5. Be the very best person I can be

I will probably think of more and will add to the list. For now that is a start. I will try to log what I'm doing each day... and try to keep track of my food ;)

Exercise:
at Gym with Eric (personal trainer) work with weights for legs
did 20 min of incline walking on treadmill

Breakfast:
screamed egg white with green pepper and onion on french bread
Lunch:
Subway-turkey bacon melt with American cheese and all veggies lite mayo and honey mustard
Dinner-
steak, scallop potatoes, asparagus and cream cheese ham wrap, pop
Snack-
peanut mms about 4
