Yes it true...we are expecting baby 3 in late May early June. Our family is excited. I'm excited and I know keeping fit and eating right are a great benefit. Will keep me healthy throughout the next 8 months.
Right now morning sickness is kicking my butt and food... oh food I'm hungry all the time. I'm so sleepy. My kid run circles around me. I wish I could run circles I get to dizzy ha ha.

Biggest Loser Final
I am down 18 pounds in 90 days!!!!! Wow, I'm so excited
I am down 24 since January!!!!
I'm feeling good, happier with myself and feel so amazed that I've worked so hard to get where I am.

20 pounds!
20 pounds since Jan!!! I'm 129 now I'm totally excited I have not felt this good in a while. Cloths fit and feel so much better. Since starting the biggest loser I have lost 13 pounds.

60 min on the stairmaster
Crazy feeling it is to do a hour on the stair master... sweating, huffing and burning 600 calories!!!
I'm feeling good watching what I'm eating and exercising every morning.
I'm at 135 weigh in last night for the biggest loser and was suppose to be at 133 was short... though a good friend of mine said you aren't that far from 120's... 5 pounds! My gosh I hadn't thought of that... how does it feel? Amazing, amazing. I'm looking forward in continuing losing and feeling better about myself.

Feeling Great!
The weight is coming off and I've dropped a pant size. The kids and I go to the gym almost every morning. I enjoy going in the morning it starts my day off right. Eating food I have not really been eating has been a chanellege but its coming. Yesterday we had Elisabeth party (2nd) and I was really good and had my meal replacement shake so I didn't have any of the food. I did have a few bites of cake umm so good but tasted a little funny since I've cut out almost all my sugar.
Weigh in on Thurs... I'm down 3 have 2 more to go.
Today: 135
It is Sunday going to church soon, and than spend the day with family :)

Biggest Loser
I have started the biggest loser at the gym. So far it has gone very well. Kickoff was on the 2nd of June... I'll make out a list so I can keep track of weight :)
June 2nd 142 pounds
June 9th -3 pounds
Our next biggest loser weigh in is on the 16th. I pledge to lose 25 pounds! by the end which is Aug. I have been working really hard on feeling better and now I feel like I can really can do it. Since January I have lost 9 pounds I can already tell the difference.
The kids enjoy going to the gym and playing in the nursery. My husband is being supportive which is wonderful :)
I will keep this up on my progress, that's all for now :)

Yes! Its 2011 already, I have realized I have not kept this blog up like I should.
Today was the first day in the Gym. I need to lose about 30 pounds.. my motivation is through the roof and I'm totally excited to feel better about myself and be in better health.
The last half of 2010 was exciting Elisabeth turned a year in June and Peter turned 3 in Sept. Peter has been in Preschool which he enjoys so much ;) Elisabeth is growing growing and growing. Its amazing what they learn and how much they learn in days. Im so proud of each of them. Preston and I celebrated our 4th anniversary.
2011 Goals:
1. Eat better/ healthier
2. Work out (both at home and at the gym)
3. Love with all my heart
4. Teach my children values I would like them to have
5. Be the very best person I can be
I will probably think of more and will add to the list. For now that is a start. I will try to log what I'm doing each day... and try to keep track of my food ;)
Exercise:
at Gym with Eric (personal trainer) work with weights for legs
did 20 min of incline walking on treadmill
Breakfast:
screamed egg white with green pepper and onion on french bread
Lunch:
Subway-turkey bacon melt with American cheese and all veggies lite mayo and honey mustard
Dinner-
steak, scallop potatoes, asparagus and cream cheese ham wrap, pop
Snack-
peanut mms about 4
