I'm 144 and feeling like I need to make a change. The biggest loser has started at my gym and I did it a year ago and lost 17 pounds! So I decided that I would join my goal is 15 pounds. My secret goal is 20. I'm going to train with Eric twice a week. I am looking forward to being in shape and feeling great about myself and having more energy :)
So let it began... hard work pays off :)
