Biggest Loser

I'm 144 and feeling like I need to make a change. The biggest loser has started at my gym and I did it a year ago and lost 17 pounds! So I decided that I would join my goal is 15 pounds. My secret goal is 20. I'm going to train with Eric twice a week. I am looking forward to being in shape and feeling great about myself and having more energy :)

So let it began... hard work pays off :)

Been A While

Delilah Winter Gallwas was born May 30th 2012 at 12:03am. She is beautiful and healthy and such a wonderful addition to our little family. The kids have taken to her so well and look after her :)

And now the time has come to lose my baby weight. I've started back at the gym this week I am sore all over but I did this once before I can do it again, exercising feels so good. Now the food, I'm hungry like all the time probably because I'm nursing but I've been trying to watch what am eat and how much. I am having to retrain myself all over again. Which I know its all worth it!!!

It took me almost a year to lose all that I wanted last time. So time to start :)

We are having...

A Girl! Delilah Winter due date is June 3rd. So I'm guessing late May or early June. Truly amazing is what this pregancy is. Here I was eating so well doing so well. Than when I got pregnant I couldn't stand eating what I was eating. Cravings got the best of me :)

Cravings:
Chips
Mexican food
Chocolate
and anything that is remotely bad for you ha ha...

But, my weight gain this time around is fine and the midwife is happy with it here are the sates:
27 weeks up 15 pounds

I'm happy with that :)

Delilah is healthy and happy and very strong little girl. We are all excited to have her join our little family. Its just so hard to believe I'm 7 months already have 2 months.
