Tonight I made a very tasty dish, tuna casserole. I changed a few things but it turned out very good. I put green peppers in it instead of frozen peas, and I use elbow noddle instead of the egg noodles. It called for cheddar cheese but all I had was Colby Jack
Seem my family like it too!
Tuna Casserole
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of frozen peas (I used chopped green pepper)
2 can of tuna (about 6 oz cans)
2 cups of cook egg noodles ( I used elbow noodles)
1 cup of cheddar cheese (I used Colby Jack)
Preheat oven to 400
Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and add the pasta. Put the cheese on top. Cook 10 min till hot.
Enjoy!!! This is super easy when you don't know either what to fix or like me I'm getting over a cold and didn't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

It has been a while!
Elisabeth Rebecca came into this world on June 27th, 2009 at 9:06 pm. She was 6 pounds 4 oz and 18 3/4 long. She was 2 weeks early. She is doing great!
I've been using my crock pot a lot lately, it has been so nice just throw stuff in and let it cook. So easy with 2 kids. This week I've made taco soup, bbq chicken and tonight I'm making chicken with mushroom soup and pasta.
I've also made 2 batches of cookies and a cobbler with blueberries, blackberries and peaches.
I'll have to start taking pictures and getting pictures up.

Yummy Food
We have family night every Monday so tonight we are having leftovers for dinner. We usually just bring desserts but we have enough left overs for a army. The other night i made homemade lasg. and it turned out so good. Grandma made ham and cheese sandwiches yesterday for lunch after church. Than I got in last night and made a cheesecake pie. Ummm it has a oreo crust.
Food is becoming my friend again, we are in 3rd trim. already can't believe it. 3 more months and she'll be here.
I'll post pictures when I get stuff out tonight.

So.. yesterday I had my 2 main cravings Subway and ice cream. Oh it was so good, I got a pint of world class choc. from baskin and ribbons it is still in the freezer. At subway I got a grilled chicken breast sandwich with everything on it. It was very good.
We went down to grandmas to stay the night Thurs. because our septic was acting up and we didnt' have water and 2 wanted to spend time with her. We had terky. umm so good I had chicken salad with sesame dressing it was really really good.
I have been totally craving fruits, veggies, ice cream and bread with this pregnancy. Which I guess is healthier than potato chips, cheesebugers and french fries.
All for now...

Craving
This pregnancy is totally different! I'm not craving the cheeseburger and fries or pasta. I'm craving fruit and veggies and fish.
So I've been trying to stay healthy and eat what I should be.
We had a ultrasound and we are having a girl, Elisabeth Rebecca. She'll be here around July 14th. Peter is going to be a great big brother. All for now.

Amazing Sloppy Joes!
I found this receipe for sloppy joes, sorry I don't have a picture. But, I was looking for something for a potluck. Very easy
1 pound of either ground beef or chicken ( i prefer the chicken)
1cup of bbq sauce ( i used honey bbq)
2/3 cup of pickle relish sweet
1/2 of dry onion
Cook the meat with the onion than add the other ingredients let it simmer for 10 min and you have WOW amazing sloppy joes... with some hamburger buns. Ummmm so good
Everything is good with us, food is slowly becoming my friend again. I have gained 1.1 pounds after loosing 5.5 pounds.
