Beginning

Today I went on the WII. It said I had not been on for 60 days! YIKES 2 months! It is really hard with little one to do anything with exercise during the day. He is my exercise... I was excited I lost:
5.5 pounds
135 weight
so, to be my normal weight I have to loose 22 pounds (113)Which my goal is to loose 1 1/2 pounds a week. Which I believe I can do, I would feel so much better if I do :) So, I will update this thing once a day, once a week or when I get on the scale. I probably should keep track of what I eat uh? So maybe I'll put that here too. I hope this blog will motivate me to be a better eater and to exercise A LOT more.

Breakfast: Nothing! Bad Becca
Lunch: McDonald's- Quarter ponder, fries w/o salt and a coke :(
Dinner: Steak, green beans and fruit (peaches) ummm

Exercise:
Walking 30ish min at park w/grandma
Yoga 1hr
