Becoming a NEW me :)



I made it to 133 pounds. I did 80 min of workout today (40min elliptical , 20min stairmaster, and 20min on the treadmill) I finally got some pictures :)

60 min on the stairmaster

Crazy feeling it is to do a hour on the stair master... sweating, huffing and burning 600 calories!!!

I'm feeling good watching what I'm eating and exercising every morning.

I'm at 135 weigh in last night for the biggest loser and was suppose to be at 133 was short... though a good friend of mine said you aren't that far from 120's... 5 pounds! My gosh I hadn't thought of that... how does it feel? Amazing, amazing. I'm looking forward in continuing losing and feeling better about myself.
